1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements with Fraziel.

1.2 At the moment you place an order in the webshop or agree to a custom proposal, there is an agreement between you (the customer) and Fraziel.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment is made in advance at the time of placing the order.

2.2 All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT. VAT-rate is 6%, due it is a handmade product and made by order. Prices are exclusive shipping rates

3. Delivery Time

3.1 After placing the order, you will receive a payment/order confirmation from your order by Fraziel.

3.2 The delivery time is not a fixed deadline, because every product is made by order. You will receive an email when your order is being shipped.

3.3 Fraziel strives to deliver the mirrors as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days (except for custom orders). If this timeframe proves unattainable, Fraziel will inform you as soon as possible. You then have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

4.1 Shipment of the ordered glassware is at the risk of Fraziel. If you receive the glassware in poor condition, please contact Fraziel immediately hi@fraziel.be (shipping rates will be visible in the checkout proces).

5. Returns

5.1 Every item is made to order. Therefore, returns are not accepted for reasons of dissatisfaction with the product. We only accept returns in the case of damage caused during shipping.

6. Unique pieces

6.1 Each crafted mirror is a unique masterpiece, personally handcrafted by Fraziel, signed with his signature and an exclusive number. Reproduction or recreation of these distinctive designs is strictly prohibited.
